Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 10-18 business days
Rest of World: 10-20 business days
These estimates apply after processing and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak shopping periods.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Customers
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
